    Is there anything that can be done so I can get my account to work?

    Xbox Rewards Credits not depositing

    I have nearly 20000 Rewards Credits pending deposit but my Rewards page is telling me my billing information needs updating. After checking billing everything seems fine but I still can't get my credits to deposit. I need some assistance.

    I'm needing to redeem my 50,000 credits without waiting until the 30th.

    Phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program so they do not have correct information about the program. You can request a deposit if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before
    needing to have 5,000 pending first, but not any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates. Once you reach 5,000, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. There is no way to have credits deposited before the scheduled deposit dates.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The deposit request button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before
    needing to have 5,000 pending first. There is no way to have credits deposited earlier than the scheduled deposit dates. The last deposit for March is scheduled for the 29th. So if you got to 5,000 before the 15th, that is when they would be deposited.

    You need at least 100 rewards points pending before they can be deposited into your account. Once you have reached this amount they will be deposited into your account by the 15th and 30th of the month.
