    XBOX rewards hub not loading. 'Sorry we can't access this right now, please try again later'


    My son has been trying to access the Rewards hub via his Xbox S. Recently (last few months) the rewards hub has not been loading. He clicks on it and gets a message saying 'Sorry we can't access this right now, please try again later'.

    He's tried restarting, reconnecting cables etc, Any thoughts or tips appreciated.

    The console app was discontinued over a year ago and should be under the profile. However, if he is under 18, Xbox Rewards is no longer available for anyone under 18.
