    my Xbox reward star rank hasn't updated it has been more 96 hours I bought a 100.00 add on on Saturday. It's now Saturday a couple of days later

    Xbox Rewards Inquiry

    I am inquiring about the Pre-Order Punchcard rewards mission. I had preordered three games; Mafia III, WatchDogs 2, and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare before the release dates and the titles show that i had preordered them but I am only showing 2of3 punches.
    FAQ says to wait 96 hours to have my account reflect the purchases and that I should receive my rewards credit within 96 hours of the last preordered date. My account doesn't hasn't updated with the 15000 credits.

    With the preordering of the various games I should now have moved up to 3 Star VIP and earning 6% back. My status hasn't been updated either. When will that take affect and will purchases I have previously made since advancing to 3 Star VIP have the 6%
    back retro apply and future purchases qualify for the 6% even though my status hasn't been updated in your system yet?

    Punch Card not Updated

    Keep in mind it takes about 96 hours for punches to show after you preorder a game. Since it hasn't been 96 hours since you preordered Far Cry, it would be too soon to see it updated.

    Pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since your purchase was a in-game consumable, it was not eligible for MyVIP.

    It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize new activity and for the redeem option to show up on the rewards site. So it most likely hasn't been enough time yet for it to show. If you don't get the option after 96 hours, you'll want to post in the
    Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance.

    Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for that offer to update be add your rewards to the site. The offer has only been available since May 1 (any activity before that date is not included) so it hasn't been enough time to update yet.

    It takes about 96 hours for the program to update with new purchases. If it's been over 96 hours, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.
