    I bought a $50 Whale Shark Card and was supposed to get a $10 Bull Shark Card WORTH $500,000 IN GTA ONLINE, but I did never receive a code in my mail.

    First game that comes to mind would be GTA V online. A system which rewards or punishes players based on the ingame actions.
