    Xbox Rewards "Golden Age"


    I am posting this because I have not received my 200 vip gems for the "Golden Age" MyChallenge. The requirement is to have Xbox live gold for 6 consecutive months. I have been an active member since 11/23/2017. I would like to get this sorted out before
    Xbox Rewards is discontinued so I can use my gems to buy more credits

    Do You Like The 360 or XboxOne Home Screen Better

    Aren't they the same? I loved the zune interface back in 2009. That was the golden age of Xbox.

    hi ive xbox live gold been paying continous each month by card,now i have been trying to claim the 200 my vip gems for the golden age reward but it keeps taking me to the screen to purchase xbox live gold,but i already have it ?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have escalated this issue to another team to investigate. Currently, it appears that your subscription is a free 12-month prepaid subscription. Since promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, this subscription
    time is not going towards the MyChallenge.

    I'm sorry but that is incorrect. I have been renewing my membership on a month to month basis. I do not have a 12 month subscription. Please get this resolved. I will be very upset with Xbox if I get screwed out of my gems. I have been a loyal member. This

    As long as you keep the gold for 6 months you will. That offer started on October 1, so you would receive it in April.
