xbox rewards gem vault stock

How can a digital item be out of stock? No amount of explaining can justify an answer. Stores never run out of physical cards for xbox live renewals so why does this program have to perpetually restock digital goods? It makes absolutely
no sense.

MyVip Redemption

I Xbox Rewards making at the Vault items out of stock on purpose so we can't redeem our MyVip Gems? It's pretty ridiculous.

My VIP Vault Rewards

Hello, There is a notification that pops up when signing into Xbox live rewards that I have to redeem my VIP gems before such and such date. The only problem is that the rewards I want for example reward credits/gift cards are out of stock. My question is
for the my VIP vault, when do the out of stock rewards come back into stock? Thanks.

Gems converting 1:1 is basically a scam. According to the vault rewards, gems should automatically convert to Microsoft rewards points at 1:20. If not, at least stop pretending that a digital reward you have full control over is out of stock. What a disgusting
way to treat your users.

You got it right, convertion rate will be 1:1.

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned.
One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

They have been restocking the Vault lately, but I agree the most requested prizes get out of stock pretty fast...

Gems have no currency value and were only used to obtain items from the Vault. Due to user feedback, if you opt out of the program, 1 Gem will become 1 Reward Credit, not 10 Rewards Credits. Since this is also the conversion rate for Gems to Microsoft Points
(1:1). Gems have never been worth 20 Rewards Credits. As you request, we will leave the thread unlocked, but cannot guarantee a response.

yes and those items from the vault include rewards points so my gems are converted to rewards points at 20 to 1gem. Idk where you got 10 to 1. You clearly do not understand what i am clearly layimg out if you are sayimg things like this. Also you are looking
at this like you dont care about your customers. Look at this situation morally and tell me that it is right that i lose my gems ive earned becuse microsoft decides to merge two programs. Every reward is basically out of stock becuse everyone rushing to spend
gems but the vault was not stocked better even tho it was known that this rush would come when gems become worthless in the change to microsoft rewards. Push this up to someone in your building who cares about people rather than saving a few bucks because

Another thread complaining about the "VIP VAULT" and how much of RIP OFF the upcoming conversion rate is.

Seriously, the rewards currency is virtual and owned by Microsoft to begin with. Stop being a bunch of cheap f**ks and restock the vault for the long time users who have a ton of gems AND DO NOT WANT f2p GARBAGE or WALLPAPERS.

Either that, or let me buy an XBOX One X for 1000 gems instead of unattainable 10000 gems, because that seems to be in stock. If Toys R Us can do a "fire sale" then so can you guys.
