Xbox Rewards Gamer Pic

I feel like this has been posted before but I was wondering if there was ever a fix. The gamer pic on MyRewards is a very old one that I haven't used in years. I have already changed my gamer pic several times over the years and
waited several weeks but it has never changed. This issue has been going on for several years now and I was wondering if there will ever be a fix, maybe I can suggest being able to have the option to add your own picture for MyRewards. It's not a huge issue,
I just thought I would see now if there were a fix or put the idea out there. Thank you to whoever reads this.

Windows 8 Shows old Gamerpic

Ok. Just to test this out, can you go ahead and take an avatar picture on your console, and save it as your profile pic? What this should do is change your pic on both rewards and the Games app. Feel free to change it back to the car pic
when done.

Let us know if it does or doesn't change the rewards or Games app pic, and we can work from there.

 

Dead Rising 3 Reward Images

Does anybody know what the purpose of these reward images are? They can't be used as your gamer pic. I got a few from playing the game and completing the Xbox Live challenges but they don't seem to give anything useful.

Just wondering.

We use Xbox 360 data for your gamerpic. If you would like to change this picture, you will have to adjust your avatar on your Xbox 360 console.
