    when will i get 50,000 reward credits

    I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
    50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

    I need help regarding the Xbox Live Rewards Promotion

    Hi,

    I purchased an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store online on December 10th. Upon purchasing the Xbox, I saw the promotion for Xbox Live Rewards that Xbox One S purchases get 50,000 reward points and a free game. Because I was not enrolled in the rewards
    program at the time of purchase of the Xbox, it took 2 days to get enrolled in the program. Am I in any way eligible for the Rewards Promotion?

    As long as you were eligible and purchased the console before the offer ended on December 31, the credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

    Hello SlayingGull2,

    We do not see any MicrosoftStore.com console purchases for your account. Our console offers were only for MicrosoftStore.com purchases. Purchases from physical retail stores are not able to be tracked by our program, and do not award Rewards Credits.

    Rewards app won't work for either the Xbox One S or the Xbox Series S trying multiple internet connections and DNS servers

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with the Rewards program, but in order to qualify for that offer you do have to be an Xbox One owner upgrading to a One S. You may want to post in the Rewards forum to see if 360 members
    are eligible as well.
