    Xbox rewards fifa 21 punch card not working


    I pre ordered fifa 21 ultimate edition few weeks and noticed on xbox rewards there is a punch card for 6k points if I purchase fifa 21. I've tried completing the punch card but it keeps sending me to purchase the game again.

    Anyone getting this problem?

    You have to purchase it during the offer period for the punchcard. If you purchased it before that, your purchase would not be eligible.

    Did you activate the punchcard before you made the purchase? It should automatically have tracked the purchase if you did.

    If you did activate it and it's not showing it as completed, it may take a little bit to update, but you'll want to contact Microsoft
    Rewards support     if it doesn't.
