    I had preordered multiple triple A titles. Including halo wars and for honor. I have also bough battlefield 1 and COD infinite warfare with COD4 remastered. I have received no points. I hope to receive some my gamertage is

    my Xbox reward points

    I'm signed up for Xbox rewards and was sent an email that 6000 credits failed to be added to my account. I contacted customer service and was told this was due to a billing suspension on my account. The suspension had been removed but I don't know how
    to receive the credits. Is there a way to receive the missing credits? Gamertag is

    Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

    I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    If you preordered Halo Wars and For Honor on or after January 1, they would count towards your Games on Demand punchcard and you would need 1 more eligible purchase in order to complete the offer and receive credits.

    Not receieved my game pass quest reward for jan 18

    Same here. Please can this be looked into. I have now waited the 30 days as required. From the months before when I have received the reward, it normally takes about 15 days maximum and I get the reward but this one has failed to appear yet.

    Thanks for your reply. I'm sorry, I don't understand your response. I first contacted Microsoft Rewards support yesterday and then, when directed, Xbox Support - neither of whom could help.

    The rewards task in the app completed automatically when I made the qualifying purchases and I received the reward points almost straight away. Whatever process they have to trigger the issue of the gift cards has failed. This seems fairly common - both this year and last year.

    Hi Fash Fangers. The reason we received from our failed deposit is that your currency is not matching. This means your locale on Xbox is different from your Rewards locale. If you've changed this to have them matching, we will attempt to make another deposit
    on April 12th. If you still do not receive a deposit then, we will be making a forced deposit at the end of the program. Thanks for your patience.
