"Xbox Rewards Down for Short Maintenance"

Curious if anyone else is seeing this when they try and access the rewards page online? This is the second or third day this has been happening to me and I am unable to check on the status of anything with regards to rewards.

Still haven't received my 5,000 points or 10 keys for Forza 7 and the sweepstakes ends tomorrow.

Still haven't received my 15,000 points for 3 pre-orders.

servers down for maintenance

So I booted up the game after waiting for the servers to finally go back online..

Get to the main menu and it says..

"Patch required. Please download and install to access online features."

Uhhhmm, any ideas?

My guess is that its not QUITE ready.

Yeah I know. I'm a slacker what can I say. But in all honesty I am actually sick I just thought that playing might help me to feel better. But now all i get to do is eat chicken soup and lay in bed ...

I purchased Forza 7 on 10/10 and just received the keys yesterday after having to post on this forum (tried to edit post earlier but was unable to). Assuming this isn't fixed and I can't access the rewards page, is there anything I can do to get even some
rewards/anything out of it? I understand I will still get the 5,000 points once the offer ends, but it's a bummer to miss out on potential rewards from the Forza keys from an issue outside my control.

I spoke with Xbox Support via Twitter and after some back and forth they directed me back here.

Rewards are back online and points for pre order received (not yet for Forza).

They should have told Rewards Member's that they doing Maintenance in the system.

Open the Rewards site and scroll down a little Tadaaaa ! 😁
