    where is a spot to email the rewards team I haven’t received any rewards in almost a week of completing things.. ive tried emailing what I thought wasn’t the VIP customer service but I get the same generic email saying i need to email the xbox rewards team
    ?!! Help

    Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

    That is an image from the Microsoft Rewards app, not the Xbox Rewards program. So it's a Microsoft Rewards offer. You will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program again as Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    Microsoft Rewards and Design labs.

    The Microsoft Rewards program is separate from the Xbox rewards program. You would have to contact their customer support for assistance.

    Support is only available in this forum and Twitter. There is no email for rewards support.

    We see you only registered two days ago. Please keep in mind that it takes up to 48 hours to set up your Rewards Account. Also, it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new activity.

    Since that is a Microsoft Rewards program offer, not an Xbox Rewards program offer, you need to contact Microsoft Rewards customer service. The only way to contact them is by emailing them through their redemption page. If you've been talking to phone or
    chat support, you have not been talking to Microsoft Rewards customer support.

    I believe you are confusing the Microsoft Bing Rewards Program and the Xbox Live Rewards Program. The Microsoft Bing Rewards program requires you to have "500 points" per month to maintain level 2. You will have to direct inquiries to their customer service
    team as the Xbox Live Rewards Program (here) does not work with that reward program.
