Xbox rewards credits are not being deposited. Billing information is still correct.

After reviewing your account, I can confirm that you are still being affected by the issue where your billable accounts are not being correctly reported to our deposit process. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a resolution from the team working on

I also have an old account created on hotmail.com in 2001 my rewards have in deposited at all since I signed into the program a year ago and I have 116,000 credits in limbo despite my billing info being correct

Double check your transactions after that date to see if the credits were already used. Rewards deposits are listed as a refund so it is showing your credits were deposited. Once your credits are deposited, the Rewards program is no longer able to do anything
with the credits. If you're still not seeing anything that could have used the currency, or still having issues using the currency, you would need to contact Xbox support and speak to billing again.

Phone/chat support do not handle the rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding the program. Rewards support do not deposit credits earlier than what is scheduled.
