I opted out of xbox live rewards a while ago. when can I expect the money on my account?

Spent Thousands $$$ and never received rewards points

Ive spent thousands of $$$ in the xbox store being signed up for the rewards program since the beginning of making my account and never received rewards points and/or a conversion deposit into my account. Spent thousands and have never seen even 100 points
as my balance, even when i was buying 3-4 games a month i would log in to microsoft and never see a balance of 100 and Ive never tried to spend them or convert them to cash. Please Help

what happens to my xbox rewards points if my bing account is banned?

what will happen to my xbox rewards points upon conversion to bing rewards if my bing rewards account was banned a few years ago?

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May, 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your Microsoft
account by June 30, 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

You will be able to see your deposit as currency on the Microsoft Commerce page. We see that you received this deposit on June 16th.

Xbox/Microsoft currency redeemed from the rewards program are automatically deposited into the accounts balance. They do not provide a separate code. Check the account balance of the account that redeemed the rewards points.

They would be scheduled to be deposited on the 29th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month. The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.
