    Hola, el mes pasado reserve a traves de xbox store el juego de gears of war 4 y ponia en el rewards que reservandolo me regalaban 10€ y aun no los he recibido.

    adete mes e reservado el final fantasy XV y pone que por reservarlo me dan creditos rewards y tampoco los e recibido.

    qudebo hacer y xq no recibo mis recompensas?

    FRANKEN REWARDS - Lista de Jogos adquiridos no desafio e aguardando créditos.

    Boa noite, realizei as compras do desafio Franken Rewards em outubro. Porém ainda não recebi meus créditos do desafio.

    Compras do 25 de outubro:

    + Game: How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition

    + DLC: Whistlerblower (Outlast)

    + Game: The Park

    Compras do 27 de outubro:



    + Game: Dead Rising 4

    + DLC: Passe de temporada de Dead Rising 4

    + Game: The Town of Light

    + Game: The Walking Dead: Michonne - A Telltale Miniseries

    + Game: The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season

    Compra do 31 de outubro:

    + Game: White Night

    Ultrapassei o valor mínimo exigido de compras para o desafio. (O desafio exigia compras de games//filmes/ conteúdos.. etc.. de produtos com a temática do desafio). Todos os itens foram adquiridos através de uma promoção da Live em jogos dessa temática.

    O prazo de 96 horas se passou e ainda não recebi meus créditos do desafio.

    Si ya revice todos sus correos y solamente llegaron dos uno de Microsoft rewards y uno de epic games y si uno de Microsoft rewards diciendo gracias por tu compra pero sin ningun codigo u algo

    Tendrías que fijarte, si la tarjeta que tienes, permite hacer este tipo de compras, o si tienes saldo en ella. Para saber esto, puedes comunicarte con el emisor de la tarjeta, y que te brinden la información. Quizá el emisor aguarda que llames, para que
    autoricen la compra.

    Si has intentado varias veces, corrobora en la pagina de Xbox, en tu perfil, tus compras, a ver si figura compra pendiente o rechazada.
