    Hi - my rewards account says I need to update my billing details- but they are already correct! Help please!

    My rewards account is UK based, my UK Personal MS Commerce billing details are all correct, however rewards still error on depositing.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
    database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for
    your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    The error preventing your deposit from occurring is being caused by an issue with how a database is communicating information. Since we are not correctly receiving database information, adjusting your information will not resolve this issue. We rely on this
    database to provide directions on where to place your deposit. When we ask this database on where you would like your deposit, it does not provide these directions. Our deposit then aborts, as without knowing which billable account is the correct one, your
    deposit could be placed in an unreachable account. Unfortunately, we do not have access to this database, so we must rely on another team to provide a resolution for this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
