Xbox Rewards - Auto Redeem for May

Does anyone use the auto redeem for their rewards every month?

It's supposed to take it on the first of every month, but it never happened this month (May). When I check it on the console, it states that the next auto redeem will happen on the first of June.

Is this just me or did anyone else's not happen either?

My xbox rewards auto redeemed this month and it says next auto redeem is June so it may just be yours.

After contacting support, I got an email stating that it just happened. Then an hour later, I got another email, saying the same thing.

Checking my point balance and my account credit... Yep... they did it twice!

In that case, I'll contacted support and just wait for an answer. I could manually redeem it, but I just didn't want to miss out on the deal.

Doing a bit if search, it seems this has happened to a few others on other months.

Unfortunately, if you set up an auto-redeem on any day other than the first of the month, you will not receive the reward immediately. Instead, you will receive your reward on the first day of the next month. If you need the subscription right away, it is recommended that you redeem the subscription normally and then configure the auto-redeem to activate on the first day of the next month.
