Xbox rewards are not resgistering my points that I should have from november

We see all your Credits were deposited. From our FAQ:

How do I know how many Rewards Credits I've earned and how will I know when they have been converted to my local currency and deposited into my Microsoft account?

First, log in to Xbox Live Rewards and head over to the MyRewards page. Once you are on the MyRewards page, click on 'View MyStatement.' MyStatement is a summary of all your rewards activity. You can view:

· Pending Rewards Credits: Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account

· Rewards Credits Deposits: Credits that have already been converted to your country's local currency and deposited in your Microsoft account.

· Previous Month: Activity over the past month

· Past 6 Months: Activity over the past 6 months

· Lifetime: All your activity for the entire duration of your Xbox Live Rewards membership.

You'll also receive a MyStatement email each month that shows your Rewards Credits activity summary.

You can also confirm these deposits as usable currency in your Microsoft Account from the commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

Also in the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Thats interesting because i have not received my reward points for completing the November game pass quest yet either.

You have to be an Xbox live rewards member. If you already are, then the points should be pending. The points always pend for a while if you earn them from Xbox live rewards

Actually to clarify the 50000 points were from the Xbox one S offer not the "my vip star rank". And I don't believe the "billing cycle" rule applys to the "my missions" rewards points.

Thanks for trying to clarify, though I wasn't referring to the VIP program. I did some digging for you and found the following information. Under the FAQ of the Xbox One S offer Mission, it states that "Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending
within 15 days of your console’s shipping date." You said you received those points on the 18th of November, and I'm glad they went through for you!

Now, in the general FAQ section regarding the conversion of points to a currency deposit, the FAQ states: "Rewards Credits will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month,
once you hit 5,000 Credits." So, the "billing cycle" as you described it, applies to all Rewards points. So, since your points were pending in the second half of November, you should receive your deposit, as I mentioned before, on the 15th of December.

The good news is you have nothing to worry about! It will just take 13 more days of patience. Please do come back, however, if the deposit is not made after that time. Then you will have reason to worry.

Who are you, I first started making purchases on the 1st of November through the 30 of November

I'm an Xbox Ambassador (who works with support in the chats and forums). At the bottom of the My Rewards tab, there is a little light that should be green and say "All Good!". It is possible something is wrong with your account which would prevent credits
from accumulating.
