Xbox rewards are a joke.

I always buy digital, hundreds of games. I was rank 5 on the vip, and after buying so many new games I chose over getting a physical release, I'm still at rank 4. It's like I'm barred from going back to 5.

Then the new rewards where you can redeem prized. There is no way you guys can be out of 10,000 points, why are you keeping people from getting what they want? Almost all prizes are sold out.

Microsoft has been such a joke this gen, I regret supporting you. Microsoft has done nothing but drop the ball since 2013.

Who the hell are making these awful decisions? I figure you guys being in 2nd, possibly third, out of 3 consoles would have you work hard to be competitive in keeping fans, but hell no.

I was stupid enough to continue supporting by getting an xbox one x. Any rewards for that? A system that should have launched in 2013 but some idiot thought lower graphics and a Kinect was the future and completely ruined ms.

My anger isn't at regular workers who have to read this, this is really about the out of touch decision makers who should be fired and never work on a product again, and should go do something like bagging groceries, where they won't ruin an entire brand
that had such success for 7 years.

Give me my rank 5 vip and stop pretending stuff is out of stock. Microsoft can't compete with any retail store regarding keeping things in stock?

M$ rewards is a Joke, even the cable guy came today to check internet problem and we were taking about xbox live, he said he never could get his credits deposited 2 his M$ account, so he stopped even subscribing 2 his xbox gold subscription long ago.

I spent hours on the phone, emails, forum post, tweets and it been like a year and a half and I still cant get mine. I barely spend any money for game now, went to a ps 4, Cause M$ a joke. any dam company who cant fix this or even tell U what the
problem is need to close down and get a company that can do the job right!

I even used Bing rewards 2 get a 3 month xbox live gold for the grand kid and cant even get that to work.

In think that's why PS get more customer and sells more game devices cause they at least fix problem with M$ just hope we go away cause your services R a Joke!

Hard to disagree. I have 82,000 points backed up and haven't had a deposit in 18 months. No one at MS seems to care whatsoever.
