    Hello !

    i've just reached my xbox rewards anniversary since March 1st but i didn't see anything in my rewards panel to claim the VIP Gems i deserve for it. ( 300 VIP Gems apparently)

    Can you help me for this problem please .

    No anniversary gems

    my anniversary for xbox rewards was 12/6. I did not receive the 500 gems that your FAQS state I do

    Xbox live rewards 5th anniversary Gimme5 promotion problem

    HI I just got an email from xbox live rewards for the reward I choosed from the promotion they had,which was called xbox live rewards 5th anniversary Gimme5 but the problem is that I choosed a game but instead I got a code for my avatar which was a costume

    There are no rewards given for tenure.
    M sure there is part where it say we get rewarded for birthday anniversaries ect .... Like this year I got rewards for my birthday on February as a present and got anniversaries rewards for being 2years a member of Xbox Reward in March this year ..= Can
    you check that again for me .

    The only offer related to your tenure in the program is the anniversary perk for Gems. Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to have a 10 year anniversary reward.

    Hello spdsk8race,

    Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to Reward them for events that took place before they existed. Your first eligible anniversary gems will happen on your anniversary in April.

    Hello,

    There has never been any specific rewards for people that have been apart of Xbox LIVE since the start. They had promotions for when they had their anniversaries but these weren't sent to people's e-mail's there was a process that you needed to follow.

    Major Nelson only tweeted a blurb that they are planning on doing something for the 10th Anniversary and that can be found
    here.

    There been some reports(no specific details quite yet) about people receiving a console which can be found by going
    here.

    Other than that, there's really nothing more I could tell you in regards to this.
