    Hi, so I'm interested in submitting some entry's for th surface pro 4. I was reading over your official rules and I saw that there was an alternate method, I was reading through it and I didn't see anything on how many your allowed to mail in as long as
    they weren't made mechanically and/or automated, they would need to be hand written. My question I how many are you allowed to mail in and do you get 150 entries per mail in? I also understand that there can only be one entry per envelope. Thank you

    how do you even share games on XBL and can you only share digital games and can the person I'm sharing it play it when I'm not online??

    Xbox examining alternative methods to Game Sharing

    You Xbox Live Account allows you to play games on any Xbox connected to the Network. If your Xbox is set to home and you log in on another Xbox you can play your digital content on that Xbox. Friends have been game sharing by cross setting their Xbox. I log in on your machine and set it to my home, and you login on my machine set it to home. Now we both have access to whatever content exist on both Xbox's.

    I believe you may be referring to a promotion running with Microsoft Rewards, not Xbox Live Rewards. You will need to contact Microsoft Rewards support to receive assistance as those programs are separate and the staff here will be unable to assist you.

    There is no Xbox Live Rewards offer for a Surface Pro 4. You may have us confused with another Rewards program. Unfortunately, since that is not one of our offers, we cannot offer a fully informed answer on your problem.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    Microsoft didnt gave me a refund for xbox game because Ive reached the limit.

    I understand that you are frustrated, and I wish the situation was different.

    But, those are the terms, and if the team analyzed your situation and it was denied, it's because it's really not allowed for being outside the terms.

    If there was another method, or alternative to send you, I would send it for sure.

    It is indeed a trade: The terms are a in-game content unlocked through the game with effort and the reward is weapon skins for that service. You can do this, but not on these forums as it is a prevention method towards scamming, spams, etc.
