    Xbox rewards achievement issues.


    Anyone else have issues with Xbox rewards not registering acquired achievements?

    The weekly needs 3 new achievements on Xbox one games, I’ve got them but it refuses to register that I did.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over achievements, and cannot provide a fully informed response on any achievement issues as that is not a Xbox Live Rewards issue.

    The Xbox Live Rewards team is unable to assist in achievement unlocking issues. You will need to post in the achievements forum OR the individual forums for the titles you are having issues with.

    For help with the Rewards program, you will need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There has been a delay in tracking achievements which is most likely the issue.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. We do not handle gamerscore/achievement issues. You may wish to reach out to Xbox support (http://support.xbox.com/contact-us) for issues with achievements unlocking
