Xbox rewards account mysteriously frozen, no reason why. Any options to fix it?

Id like to think that is the problem but i can't find any options to change from a child to an adult account.

also theres still the mystery of why i have to log in to a second account which is not mine and i've never heard of to change just about every option that isnt a password reset in my own account

as for the date of birth its correct

Update: My Mystery rewards got distributed on Monday. If any of you still did not receive them, my symparhies. Finally resolved.

Why is the account suspended, that is the problem you must fix, if it is suspended, nothing will work with rewards until that is fixed.
