    Hello,

    I have been trying to participate in the rewards program for several years.

    Since the Xbox 360 I bought in the Onlienstore my games. Since I have the Xbox one (since release) only in the Microsoft store. Also try to registe me ever since rewards. But everytime I got the registration and i must wait 36 hours. Previously, I was then
    once again on the Rewardpage and it is what I believe.

    My Rewardpage exists now, but everything stands on zero gamescore, games, simply everything even member since years stands on ???

    I hope you can help me there and fix the error so that I also see all my purchases there and they are included to the reward points.

    SORRY about my English I also used the google translator and i hope you are able to help me.

    Xbox Live Rewards does not work!

    Hello dragongas76,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
    get payback Credits on your purchases until November. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Since your purchase was a pre-order, it did not qualify for MyVIP, and by extension, did not qualify for the MyVIP boost offer.

    Microsoft chat support does not handle the Xbox Live Rewards program. As stated in the FAQ, this is the only place to receive support for your Xbox Live Rewards Accounts. The "Rewards" program they were referring to is Microsoft Rewards, which is a completely
    separate program. This forum does not have access to chat support, and does not use support numbers.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your HK Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration.
    Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot
    complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

    Remember that points are rewarded in 96 hours...

    So i suggest to wait... but, if the time is already gone, try to contact the official support ;)
    96 hours was how long it took for rewards credits to show pending in the Xbox Rewards program. The Microsoft Rewards program does not work the same way. Also, Xbox support does not handle either program.
