Xbox rewards account didn't deposit the correct amount

Discus and support Xbox rewards account didn't deposit the correct amount in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; So I calculated the money I spent last month may 2017 to be 510.37 and with my 5 star rewards and being a gold member that is a 10% which should come...     Xbox rewards account didn't deposit the correct amount


    So I calculated the money I spent last month may 2017 to be 510.37 and with my 5 star rewards and being a gold member that is a 10% which should come out to 51.04 instead of the 46.25 I received. Is there a reason for this that I'm not aware of and if there
    has been an error can you please fix it?

    59.99 XBOX Live rewards was deposited in the wrong account

    A $59.99 Microsoft account credit was deposited directly to my Microsoft account associated with the wrong email and wrong Gamer tag. This amount was a deposit from Xbox live rewards. I do not use this profile or gamer tag. I want to use the $59.99 on the
    profile and gamer tag that I actually use. Please help with options to switch the deposit to the correct account. Thanks

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
    missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

    To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
    based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

    Therefore, your purchases that went towards Retro Rewards and Rebel Rewards last month did not also award MyVIP payback.

    59.99 XBOX Live rewards was deposited in the wrong account

    We see that this account is not a Rewards member. Also, $59.99 sounds like a specific amount deposited, and not an amount from a deposit of Rewards Credits. Therefore, this sounds like a refund that was performed for you that used our Rewards program as
    the label. We do not have any control over user's billable accounts, and cannot manipulate this deposit in any way. You would have to reach out to Xbox support for assistance (http://support.xbox.com/contact-us).

    If the amount is listed in parenthesis then it's a credit to your account. There was a rewards deposit yesterday so that is most likely it.
