    hey, I've recently become a member of xbox rewards and its unreadable. every time I click on something it comes up with the faqs and even when I try and go on the vault or vip or anything for that fact its unreadable, I've got 13,000 ish points and are unredeemable.

    please help!

    Hello l have crabs1,

    You are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. Since the program is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards, you cannot register into the program. Since you are not a member, it is not possible to have 13,000 Credits. You may be thinking of Microsoft Rewards, which
    is a separate program.

    May 2011 XBOX Live Update Destroyed my Firmware!

    Unreadable. ALL discs are unreadable and dont even register as a game or DVD disc. I cant play anything in my xbox from disc. IMEDIATELY after the update.

    I have the same problem but....

    Xbox 360 Slim Glossy = Forza Horizon runs perfect (on this Console i buy Forza on demand)

    Xbox 360 Slim Matte = Disc unreadable

    Xbox 360 E (Xbox One Design) = Disc unreadable

    I ´ve change the HDD from the Glossy to Matte and E but it comes "Disc unreadable".

    Copy the files from Glossy to another Console do not work.
