xbox reward redeemed but missing the code

Hello, was this Microsoft rewards? if so rewards.microsoft.com they have a whole different support line, I believe.

Xbox/Microsoft currency redeemed from the rewards program are automatically deposited into the accounts balance. They do not provide a separate code. Check the account balance of the account that redeemed the rewards points.

Hi, you'll need to redeem that code on the AMD reward website, then you'll get the 25 digit code to use on your Xbox.

If you have enough Microsoft reward points, then you need to redeem the reward points for Xbox/Microsoft Gift Cards on the redeem page of Microsoft rewards. Then once the gift card codes have been emailed to you, then you can redeem those gift card codes on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem Once you have enough money from the Xbox Gift Cards, you can then purchase Minecraft from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store (depending on which version you want).

I could enter that code into where it says 'redeem code' on the Xbox 360 game's DLC purchase page and I should be able to pay for my DLC content like that?
