Xbox Reward quests still hasn't given me points

It's been since very early April and I've completed every quest, I was told I was a priority issue but its never been resolved. I've had multiple agents try and resolve the issue they all said to wait 48 hours which was almost a month ago.

I need Pedal to the medal MX Vs ATV and quest master to give me my points.

I'm missing 1100 reward points which is a quarter of the way to a gift card.

Actually you would need to contact Microsoft Rewards support not Xbox support.

Almost halfway into December and still no quest reward. I've pretty much given up at this point.

I got the reward also, but it still tells me I haven't given the lute or the drum to the appropriate people. When I make either of these the active quest it points directly to me as the location of the objects in question.

Sorry that you haven't seen anything for the November quest. The rewards are given if you complete the three steps. I was able to complete the quest and received the free reward and, if you want to know, the reward is a code for a free rental of the Wonder
Woman movie. If you completed all three parts of the quest, you will receive the reward. Check your messages from Xbox Live in your console quick access menu to find it.

I completed all 3 steps to the quest. That is my point. They were competed but I still haven't received anything.
