xbox reward points vanishing

I had alot of xbox reward points stacked up and now they are gone I want to know what happened to them

Check your account at
https://billing.microsoft.com and it'll show you where the points went. If you notice anything suspicious activity, you will need to call support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation.

Just found out where to check my history, seems I bought "GOLD JUMBO PACK" and "GOLD PREMIUM PACK" . Having no clue what these items were I naturally googled them.. Seems they are DLC for FIFA 12 - a game I do not, or ever have owned, and I appear to also
have achievements for this also.

I did have to reset my password when I set the xbox up again, but that isnt anything unusual for me as I change them regularly anyway and couldnt remember what the last one used was before I let the xbox live gold expire.

 

i should have 15 dollars right now but i have 2 i haven't spent it on anything yet so why is this happening

You can also check your transactions at
http://commerce.microsoft.com to see where your currency is going. Keep in mine that Rewards points/credits expire a year after receiving them so it could be possible that some expired if you hadn't used it for a while. If you notice anything suspicious
on the billing site you'll need to contact support.

 

i checked the transaction list nothing came up about 15 dollars rolling out

 

I saw your other post in the Rewards forums. If you had 1250 Rewards credits deposited, that would not have been $15.00. Rewards credits are not the same as Microsoft points so they don't have the same conversion rate. 1250 rewards credits would only be
$1.25 USD.
