Xbox reward points just poof gone

Discus and support Xbox reward points just poof gone in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I woke up the other day to find out that 1,000 of my points just vanished into thin air.     Xbox reward points just poof gone


    I woke up the other day to find out that 1,000 of my points just vanished into thin air. It does not sound like a lot but that’s is 18days worth of me consistently logging in and playing the game.

    I waited 24hr to see if it returned, nothing

    I have read other questions that you have to go to Xbox rewards website and scroll to the bottom to contact them personally. I tried SEVERAL TIMES and every time I do I get ‘system error try again later’. I have tried for 3 DAYS and I tried to submit one more than 10 times.

    I was gonna use these points for a long distance friend on Christmas but now am 18days worth of points behind.

    Please I need help there’s got to be another way get them back.

    Xbox reward points just poof gone

    Check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site to see if it shows anything there. Outside of that, contacting Rewards support would be the only way to find out where they went.

    head to my games and apps.

    Select manage game and remove it from there.

    Poof. Gone.
