Discus and support Xbox Reward Points Help in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, I was just wondering how do we purchase games with our reward points?     Hi, I was just wondering how do we purchase games with our reward points? I have (G) 1320 points or whatever +390 what do I do with this? I am not sure if I am allowed to mention that either way but hopefully someone can respond please ty.

    Xbox live reward

    i need help in xbox live reward. When i enter in "my rewards" i have 5100 points but it didn't convert into microsoft points

    Xbox live rewards point not received on my player account !

    I haven't received rewards points on my player account since july : 460 points waiting on the rewards program, but not transfered on my xbox !!!

    The xbox live rewards seem a big mistake !!! No one to help me ?!

    what rewards points are you referring to? are they through the xbox live rewards program or through another program? if they are through the xbox live rewards program you must have 100 points pending in your account, before they will be transferred.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    All Microsoft points were deposited as of August 2013 with Microsoft points were discontinued and the program switched to Rewards credits. So your points would have been deposited several years ago.

    Xbox Live Rewards amount not correct

    Those are Microsoft Rewards points, not Xbox Rewards credits. For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.
