Xbox reward points gone missing

just logged into my account and 50.000 from the 6th December have gone missing

When do these point get converted as I was expecting them on the 16th December but nothing happened

early withdrawal of points

so I have 5000 pts in xbox rewards. The 10th and 15 of the month have come and gone. But my points are not showing as deposited.

I am also missing points for this years 12 month re-up. What should I do to get?

Hello DemonTheKillier,

The Credits are still pending in your account. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the
31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your Credit event happened on the 6th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit occurring shortly.

At first i missed Xbox rewards. Microsoft rewards system seemed a lot worse at the start but its a lot better now.

Earning reward points while gaming with Xbox Gamepass is awesome.

I panicked given that the March Survey points are pending (March 1), when my rewards are deposited on March 8.

Rechecked and yes they are deposited.
