Xbox reward points balance

Hello, i have recently noticed that i cannot use the points that my gamertag displays;When I check my pending credits in the rewards website it shows a different much lower value.Thus i would like to request my account balance to see my available points.

So much money, zero points earned from store purchases.

Whenever I check my balance for Xbox Live Rewards, it does not update

Are there only certain items purchased via the market place that will grant reward points?

Did I miss a step during set-up?

Can somebody please contact me and review my rewards balance with that of my purchase history please

Haven't gotten 600 Points for 1-year gold subscription

Oh, that's kinda neat. I didn't realize you can check the changes in your point balance through the billing site.

However, the only additions this year are points I got from Bing Rewards or Xbox LIVE Rewards. No 600 points from the promo.

You can view your account balance at Sign in to your Microsoft account

Anything you have pending would not have been deposited for use yet.

Keep in mind the number next to the "G" on your profile is your gamerscore, not your Rewards Credits. You can see a total record of all Credit and Deposit activity on the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page. To see your current Microsoft Account balance,
you can check your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). Pending Credits are not deposited, and are not usable currency.

Xbox/Microsoft currency redeemed from the rewards program are automatically deposited into the accounts balance. They do not provide a separate code. Check the account balance of the account that redeemed the rewards points.

If you redeemed your rewards points for a Microsoft gift card or Xbox gift card, the balance should automatically be added to the account balance for the account that redeemed the points. They don't send you a code typically.
