Xbox Reward Point disappear, am I only one experiencing this??

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If I may ask, on which part of your Xbox you were able to see this?

It can be gamerscore or rewards points. We just need to validate which one.

If this is a Gamerscore it's the points/score that we were able to get for every game achievement that we were able to complete.

If these are rewards points, it's rewards points that we can use once we have accumulated enough for the item/rewards that we wanted to get such as subscription, etc.

I am also experiencing problems. Game starts then freezes or half the graphics disappear. Only way out is to exit to xbox menu. Tried to download again same problem.

they should be different files. One called "game save" and another called "install disc" Or "Game". Deleting disc should not effect your game saves.

Thanks. I'm uninstalling now. If this doesn't help, I'm going to buy a 16 GB flash drive (they're like $12.99 at best buy) and install disc 2 on there. Hope this works!

^I would think that you would go to the system menu from the dash and delete the GTA V data from your harddrive.

Me personally though, i'd delete and reinstall the install disk. It's should be smooth as silk. I play on a 3rd generation white console with a 120gb HDD. Smooth as described.
