    Hello, I logged in to my xbox rewards account and theres a message that reads "Information Needed" all my info is correct, can I please get some assistance, I don't want this to stop giving me rewards for purchases, Thank you.

    My email is correct on my account.

    Was told on Xbox Rewards that my email information needed to be updated, it is already correct.

    If we have a xbox live gold membership, is it possible to play with it also in xbox 360 and how in practise? We need advices because we are not professionals in this category.......please!

    I see that we have raised a yellow light on your account because our database is reporting that the emails it sends to your account are not being accepted properly and confirmed as sent. This yellow light is a new feature to alert us to odd behavior like
    this. Can you recall if you have recently received any emails from our program, or roughly when you last received a email from us?
