Xbox reward 14 digit code

I claimed a Xbox reward and got an email with a 14 digit code to claim on
https://www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com/ at the bottom of the email it say you can go to that website to claim it to use online but or put in your bank.. or it says enter the 25 digit code on xbox to claim but it’s been a 14 digit code or do I get the
25digit code from Digital Wallet ?

Missing digit code for visa reward.

I received a code for a visa reward. But has only 14 digits, instead of 25.

I Used my reward point to redeem a 5pound visa reward card, the code sent to me was only 14 digits long and it keeps taking me to Xbox to redeem the code but it is to short

The instructions that were sent were wrong. The website to redeem them on is correct and you would choose to have them either email the Visa gift card or mail you a card. Since you ordered a Visa gift card from the vault, you would get a Vida gift card,
not an Xbox gift card.

It's not a wireless controller it's a wire only one. There are a couple of codes on it but none are 14 digits

Hello @TKill777,

It seems the code you entered was a 14-day trial code. Have you checked the box to make sure you have entered all the codes that came with your console? As usually with Digital games you get a card with the games download code and a 14-day trial.

It's possibly you just missed the code for the game somewhere and only entered the 14-day trial code.

Often the code will be e-mailed to you, try waiting a week to 14 days for xbox llive rewards to send out the e-mail, they do state on their website that not all of their services are instant. Some services from xbox live rewards can even take a month to
process.
