    Unable to print return label

    I'm in need to return an Xbox One S because the drives refuses to accept any disc. I created a service request online, but after having received a confirmation email with a link to print the label, surprise surprise, there is nothing to print. First I contacted
    Microsoft call center, which told me to contact the shipping company directly, however the number they gave me was for a South African company, but I'm based in the UK.

    I then used the online chat help in 3 different occasions and every time the guy online told me that he had fixed the issue and I would get an email with the return label. After one week I still got a broken Xbox and no return label!

    How is it possible that is so difficult for a company like Microsoft to provide a simple label? It simply beggars belief that in 2017 they cannot run a simple service like this. This is my 5th attempt to get this issue fixed.

    Repair issues and E-label printing

    Some email clients consolidate multiple emails from the same sender into one, so it could be that the second email from Temando is connected to the first one. I know Gmail does this, but it will depend on the email address you are using.

    Try checking it again and see if there's another section at the bottom of that email that contains the second email with the label.

    Hey ! Since you have contacted support recently, do you have a case open with them?
    Hi, thanks for your reply. I had opened a case online, however after my latest conversation with support my case has been closed. Not sure why they closed it as the Xbox is still not working.
