    I have just payed for my game pass ultimate subscription but I can't play online or play any game pass games

    It is active and it saw that my last charge was on January 10th 2023

    Hey there Mass! Lockouts from changing region and such apply to the time as well. So, for example, if you changed your region on January 20th at 3:15pm, then you need to wait until April 20th at 3:15pm.

    I got my Sunset Overdrive White Xbox One on the 17th January and the controller developed a couple of issues within a week or so.

    I sent it away on Friday the 20th Feb and they are shipping me back a brand new white one.

    I don't understand why they offered you a black one, did you not have the option to choose which controller on Xbox Online Service Centre?
