    I pre ordered a game about about a month ago and last Friday and even managed to download load it and it said declined what do I do

    If it's declined it means that they were not able to get the money for the pre-ordered game, Yasin. Please check your bank statement for the past February 15th, 2023 up to the launch date which is February 28th, 2023.

    XBox Party Chat invitation notification not working on Xbox One or Phone App

    I do not have any Xbox app on a PC.

    I just tested to see if I receive multiplayer game invites and it turns out I do not receive those also. I didn't notice that earlier.

    I am thinking I noticed it prior to February 7th but I could be mistaken. Thinking on it now it was probably at some point during those weekdays of that week February 3rd-7th.

    Xbox causing package loss?

    Thats a common problem which was caused in one of the updates of February 2023.... no response from Microsoft yet.
