Xbox reputation page

I currently have a active suspension on my xbox. However whenever I click on "your account or family account have active suspensions" on the reputation page it redirects me to the same page.

I am able to click on every other link on that page and it successfully directs me. Therefore I cannot see why I was banned and to review my case, as I would like to understand why I have a 10 day suspension.

Edit : It says "ohh..that should not of happened" every time i press my suspension link.

Hi there, try maybe from the link in the email you would have received. Or on another device. Failing try a different browser, as some work better with Microsoft than others.

Try purging your browser's web cache (CTRL + SHIFT + DEL will bring up the option on most browsers) and sign into
https://enforcement.xbox.com with your Microsoft account. You may also want to try a different web browser ...

If the ban is very recent it can take up to 24 hours before you can submit a case review or see the info.
