Look what happened during the pro incident with the doctored video on youtube with missing clips

When the full video came out on youtube the pet team was exonated..

Pet.team already had access to the raw video they couldnt release it because of the privacy and intregrity of the network however a gamer in the said game on the hackers side ironically released the party side ot the video along with the audio which disproved
the hackers claim

It doesnt matter how a situation starts its the actions in the report that incur the punishment

Xbox has access to the raw video and network data already on the network

They arent a front facing group

They operate at a higher level then customer service on par with administrators

Now if you are talking about DDOS they cant be detectedsince it goes over tcpip not xbox only if the said person issues threats

Once someone is being investigated because of reporting Xbox is able to access anything they need to conduct the investigation

It was hard to understand everything you were trying to communicate, but I think I understood the majority of it.

Yes, as I said earlier, Xbox's enforcement team can view a player's recent activity (gaming, socialization & parties, invites, clubs, etc.) and the date and time the incident occured. I was trying to say there is not a date listed presently for a feature
being added to allow gamers to upload their own "proof" or captures of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of Xbox's services. Xbox can already view what happened on their end and handle the case accordingly based off of details in the report and the data
they've collected. Sorry if that was a bit confusing.

I never mentioned DDoS attacks, but cases or reports involving network manipulation are usually handled differently, more seriously, and very carefully. I believe there's only a few ways to prove someone has the capability to DDoS and that's usually through
them admitting they can/are/or have initiated a DDoS attack through a message on Xbox (that you can report and use as proof) or verbally in a party or game chat on your console (which can also be reported as proof). I don't believe you can blindly report someone
for DDoSing without them admitting it or someone else confirming it and reporting them.

Screenshots & clips can be altered which is why the enforcement team do not accept them & probably never will.

As has already been mentioned multiple times,the enforcement team have access to everything they need like deleted messages/screenshots/chat logs etc. to conduct a proper investigation.

Would be cool. Kinda like when you report an issue through Xbox Insiders.
