Xbox replaced my controller with wrong serial number

I bought a xbox elite controller 2 and have had a horrible experience, upon opening it, it came out of the box with a broken thumbtack, sent it in, got a replacement which malfunctioned a month later, sent that in and now I got one with the thumbtacks which cannot be adjusted, the lever to turn is changed, wanted to send that in but the serial number microsoft changed on the account is different and this one I got is from 2021 with no warranty, its the worst experience I've had ever from any company, getting defective units and now they have basically tried to shut me from sending it back as the serial numbers will not match, I am very upset, this is absolute cheating by microsoft. I can't even contact them as there is no email, no phone support for xbox products in india so I came here to get some notice to resolve my problem

Well no you don't get a new one is always a refurbished one and there hasn't been a new elite.since 2

The core isn't.a new .model .it's. just.lacking.charger and a case

Its the remainder of your warranty or.90 days.extension whichever os longer when it comes for replacement warranty

You never get the same unit you eilll always get a refurbished unit back as they just replace the unit

Things to keep in mind:

Controller serial numbers are 14 characters long and don’t include dashes.
Controllers must have been activated longer than 24 hours.
If you have the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower center on the back of the controller.

You would need to check the serial number on the controller box or the first email received, after the replacement the device site will show the new device serial number automatically
