    Xbox repair wasn't accepted.


    I sent my Xbox to Germany to be repaired. My tracking information tells me that the parcel was refused at the address. Why would this be? The console is still under warranty.

    The postal service told me to contact Microsoft, which is proving to be impossible because I can't get an actual human being on the phone.

    Can somebody at Microsoft please contact me.

    Thanks. Yeah I keep trying that, all I get is - "We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later."

    Been trying periodically since yesterday and same result.

    what country are you physically located in?
    Ireland. The address that I was told to send it to was Microsoft in Germany.
