    Hi,

    i opened a support case with microsoft back in May as my sons custom xbox controller was faulty after just being replaced once already.

    Due to various issues i didnt get the chance to return it until August, failing to realise the case would only be open for 30 days. I sent the controller back in the box provided via ups and it has been delivered as evidenced by UPS tracking. I understand
    the case is closed and you wont fix it but i would really like you to return my sons controller to us.

    can you please reply to arrange the return of my sons controller.

    This might happen on remotes that has been used just go to you local game dealer to return that remote.

    Ignore my last post. Turns out the media remote requires a Kinect to act like a IR blaster so controlling anything without one is impossible. If its not too late I'd return the remote and just pick yourself up a nice universal remote ( i love my Logitech
    Harmony)
