    We have started a work order for the xbox one remotes that has been broken. We can not print out the shipping label. Are we able to just write the shipping label on the package or does the paper work need to be in the packaging?

    Broken XB1 Special Edition Remote. Stick broken.

    The left stick is broken. You can hear some plastic moving around in remote. Need to know how to get it repaired.

    Tried to fill out repair ticket but it would not take the SN#.

    Would really like to get remote repaired.

    You would need the label itself. The shipping company has to actually be able to scan the barcode.

    Help with your existing repair order    . What I personally would recommend to do as far as printing the shipping label is if there is a local library or friends house that the shipping label can be printed at I'd swing by and attempt to print it.

    You can also call the Xbox team they are pretty nice and you maybe be able to send out your remote for repair. The downside would be that you would be without a remote for a bit. I had a similar issue with the joystick and my resolve was to go and purchase
    a new remote... best of luck my man!
