Xbox remote play works at home but doesn’t while I’m out

Depending on the network remote play can work or not.

I mean, if your current wifi network has some internal restrictions this can be the reason. Some public or private networks are managed by their respective IT department.

If you try using directly your phone mobile data remote play works as expected or not at all?

Ok I will try this when I get home. However with what you said, moderate NAT shouldn’t stop me from utilizing remote play while I’m out of town. Is there another solution to try currently while I am out of town to use remote play?

Yes. If I’m on my mobile network at work and try to remote play I get black screen.

When I’m home on my wifi it works fine.

But when I’m away or even at home and try to remote play on my mobile network I get the black screen. Was working fine before. Don’t know what happened

Tried this and and nothing happened. I can’t even get into my Xbox anymore cause I have to select the language and the remote from the app doesn’t work.

I have a problem with my Xbox elite series 2 controller. It works fine while playing any other game but when I play fortnite it randomly stops working while playing, none of the buttons work even when I plug it in it doesn’t work but out of nowhere it starts working again and it happens over and over again.
