Xbox / Remote play stuttering

For reference i use an Xbox Series X. Whenever i play certain games not all( For example: Elden Ring or Cyberpunk 2077) and do remote play from the companion app to show someone else who's not in the same room i get a really bad stutter problem like the inputs i put in my controller aren't registering is there a way to fix this problem?

Hello Fernando.

Sorry for the late reply, but none of those options on the website work. I recently changed wifi providers and even that didn't help with the audio stuttering. Even deleting the app off my phone and reinstalling it doesn't help.

Edit: On top of the stutter, audio has now just been disappearing entirely for no reason and only comes back when I restart the app.
