Xbox remote play infinite loading

Sorry to Necro but I had the same problem and my fix was to put the phone in airplane mode and turn on WiFi.

Because my phone carrier is somehow able to block xcloud and remote play even if I'm connected to home WiFi.

Carrier is straightalk/tracphone.

I have an infinite loading problem also when I try to use the remote play feature. I went through all trouble shooting and no one is getting back to me from Microsoft. I'm very upset

We appreciate that you have listed the troubleshooting you have performed and shared it with us. We know that you were unable to get your Xbox app to work or do remote play because of infinite loading which can be cause of network issues or update is missing or possible bug. Let us first ensure that the Xbox Console is updated, Xbox app (since you have uninstalled and reinstall this app this means to be updated), Samsung Galaxy A12 is updated. Here are the steps in case you need it:

• Install updated version of Xbox app for mobile | Xbox (you may skip this as you have already uninstall and reinstall the app)
  
• How to update your Galaxy phone or tablet (samsung.com)
  

Try to connect into different network (like mobile data, Wi-Fi from different internet provider and hotspot from different network) and you may want to try if you can connect your controller wired to your Android phone (applicable if you have controller cable for USB connection and a USB adapter for Android device). Hi, yes. Remote play is compatible with Android 6 and newer versions

Let's try this (can be a it odd but worth trying that)

Change your DNS address on your phone. Use first 1.1.1.1 as DNS1 (primary) and 1.0.0.1 as DNS2 (secondary)

If that doesn't work use 8.8.8.8 as primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary.
