Hello jcleigh, just to make clear what this is about, are you trying to stream from Xbox to PC on the same network, are you trying to remotely play xbox through your mobile phone or are you trying to play Xcloud?

The OP is trying to use Remote Play between their PC and their Series X using the PC Xbox App:

They have tried to use remote play with their Android Device and it worked fine

Actually, there is an app for this through your phone and through the PC you can download. I believe it is called PC remote.

You can download PC remote on your android phone and you can download PC remote receiver on your PC.

They can connect via bluetooth, QR or via USB flash drive. You can test that out.

Others adquire a 3.5mm Bluetooth jack adapter, o won't recommend that, but is an option available

Oh okay. Thank you for the response. I thought the app would allow the Xbox to control my desktop like a remote connection. So I'd need a bluetooth controller or a dongle, or to connect through usb on the PC. Does the same controller handle both PC and
Xbox, or would that need two different controllers?

The Xbox One console doesn't support Bluetooth. That headset won't work with the Xbox One in any way.

The new Xbox One controllers (the ones that come with the Xbox One S) have Bluetooth, but that's only used to connect the controller to a Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth.
