Xbox Remote Play does not work from another Wifi

Hello Barbarossa, do not know what procedures you have tried but try to do the following, on your Xbox do a cache cleanup and MAC Address as shown below.

The first is a cache cleanup:

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

MAC Address

Settings » Network Settings » Advanced Settings » Alternate MAC Address » Click Clear

Will ask to restart the console.

After that on the device of your home Internet if you have access to its settings check that the channels 2.4 and 5.0Ghz are active, and also the channels, usually they come in automatic but can be put in manual.

that procedure does not work. Nothing happens if I start my xbox then press the power button for 10 secs. It just shutdown.

Edit:

I reset the console from Settings -> console info -> reset, keeping my games and saves.

Remote play is already enabled. I try with my mobile connected to the same wifi and it does not work.

I switch to 5G network and remote play works again.

I am confused, is there another way to use wifi remote play than the xbox app?

I use the xbox app on every device for remote play. (Xbox to tablet/PC)

I can confirm that i'm done with everything. Thanks again. I tried using a few older builds from it and somehow none of them worked. They all did the same thing and hung. I also used them on a different wifi connection to see if that would have worked. I can however confirm that the remote play feature on my PC works without even using a different wifi connection on either device. I also tried the beta Xbox app and it still does the exact same thing. Whats even more odd is that other remote features work like the remote control.

Sorry it took so long to reply but I had to work a lot this week.

Anyways, I tried all of the above and it still does not work. When I connect through wifi on my network it works right away with no issues. When I use my unlimited at&t data, or friends wifi or works wifi it doesn't work, and it use to work on all of those. Side note the remote control works on the app weather i'm on wifi or data so it's definitely seeing my xbox. Remote play still nothing but a black screen. If I could upload a video here I could show you but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.
